Lori and Clare sold an apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone for us and we were incredibly happy and satisfied with them. They were a great team: splitting tasks yet in-sync and communicating well. Their efforts went above and beyond the usual and were especially crucial to us because of our particular situation: I live in California and needed to sell this unit to help a family member. Lori and Clare needed to personally arrange and supervise tasks for which they would not normally be responsible. I flew out one weekend and packed up what we wanted to keep. After that, they had to finish everything else to get it ready to sell! This included: moving and storing our belongings, packing up and removing remaining items, assessing unit, and contracting and supervising services to get unit ready (electrical, patching, painting, cleaning) as well as the usual tasks of coordinating with Compass Concierge and master-minding the selling strategy. I also could never have prepared our unit to showcase it at this level without the Concierge service. They were indispensable and advanced us thousands of dollars to fund the needed work. Lori and Clare sold our unit at the high-end of our goal, at a price-point that other realtors had told us was unrealistic. They were able to provide critical services we needed that no other realtor could have provided. As for the selling process, they were confident and decisive on what needed to be done and guided us with the best advice on timing, strategy, and selling price. Because of them, I never needed to fly back to New York and had very little to do or stress about.
